Energy Trust of Oregon offers per-square-foot cash incentives on insulation for customers of PGE, Pacific Power, NW Natural, and Cascade Natural Gas. Typical incentives run about $1.25–$1.50 per square foot for attics, $0.75–$1.25 for floors, and $1.50–$2.25 for walls, for eligible homes.
