Who qualifies

Incentives are available to customers of PGE, Pacific Power, NW Natural, and Cascade Natural Gas whose homes meet the program requirements. We confirm eligibility during your free inspection.

What you can get

Typical incentives run about $1.25–$1.50 per square foot for attics, $0.75–$1.25 for floors, and $1.50–$2.25 for walls. The exact amount depends on your utility and the work performed.
